DETAILED PROGRAM
Day 1: Pizzo Troggi and Rifugio Castiglioni
We arrive at the Alpe by car and, after donning our snowshoes and completing the necessary safety checks, we begin our ascent. This will take us through some of the valley’s most beautiful corners, through woods and open spaces, until we reach the summit of Pizzo Troggi. From there, we can admire a breathtaking panorama of the Alpe’s basin, Lakes Agaro and Devero, and the many surrounding peaks.
During the descent, we’ll visit Alpe Sangiatto, with its lakes, before reaching the beautiful Rifugio Castiglioni, our stopping point for the day, where we can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
